The wellbeing services county of Kanta-Häme (OmaHäme) requests your offer for a mammography device for the X-ray department of Ahvenisto Hospital (Assi) under construction in accordance with this invitation to tender and the attached appendices. The procurement is conditional, and implementation requires a positive decision by the wellbeing services counties on funding.
The mammography device will be placed in Assi's imaging facilities. The device to be purchased must be new (not factory remanufactured or used). The equipment must be installed and operational by the end of March 2026.
Offers must include electrical cabinets required by the equipment. Please note that the electrical cabinet must be delivered to Assi Hospital already in Q2 2025.
The procurement shall be carried out as an open procedure. This is a procurement above the EU threshold.
The pricing of the offer is requested as follows:

2. Peripherals
3. Other accessories
4. Hardware & software updates during the lifecycle
5. Options to extend clinical trials (software & hardware)
In the case of options, binding prices shall be fixed for the first two years of exercise.

A correction has been made to this invitation to tender regarding the size of the evidence in the mandatory requirements. In addition, the specification related to price and maintenance was specified that scheduled maintenance + fault maintenance includes all spare parts, including also the X-ray tube and detector.
