1 The subject of the order is to increase the level of cybersecurity of the hospital through the purchase of computer sets and the expansion of server and network infrastructure. 2 The subject of the order has been divided into 2 parts/packages. The contractor may submit an offer for one or two parts of the order. Package No. 1 - Expansion of network and server infrastructure. Package No. 2 - Purchase of computer sets. 3 A detailed description of the subject of the order is contained in Appendix No. 1A to the SWZ (Description of the subject of the order - Summary of required and assessed parameters) and in Appendix 1B to the SWZ (Assortment and price form), which are an integral part of the SWZ. 4 The proceedings are conducted for the purpose of implementing the project titled: Investment D1.1.2 “Accelerating the processes of digital transformation of healthcare through further development of digital services in healthcare,” which is part of component D “Efficiency, availability, and quality of the healthcare system,” supported under the National Reconstruction and Resilience Plan, hereinafter referred to as KPO. 5 The contracting authority may annul the procurement process if the public funds that the contracting authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the order are not granted to them. The possibility of annulling the proceedings on this basis has been provided for in the announcement of the order, according to Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law.
