Description:
The study focuses on creating a coordinated guide plan for urban greening and development that integrates climate change considerations, involves citizen participation, and aims to enhance public spaces and neighborhood life in Nîmes.

The study aims at four strategic objectives:
- Establish a resilient and coordinated guide plan for greening and development to integrate climate change into urban development operations, and select about twenty priority sites to be addressed within the territory. This guide plan will be developed concurrently and in coordination with the ongoing revision of the Local Urban Plan (PLU), whose strengthening, protection, and enhancement of nature in the city, including private spaces, constitutes a major issue and work axis.
- Develop this guide plan in a participatory manner by broadly involving citizens from the entire city.
- Integrate into the study the municipal project "common places," aiming to reinvent public spaces and neighborhood life by promoting citizen participation, urban development, and shared greening.
- Implement, city-wide, a land and technical strategy and coordinate the operational implementation of proposals with the city.
This contract is not divided into lots in accordance with the reasons stated in the consultation regulation, which is accessible in the consultation file.
In the context of this consultation, the city of Nîmes acts as the contracting authority.

The study aims at four strategic objectives:

- Develop this guide plan in a participatory manner by broadly involving citizens from the entire city.

- Implement, city-wide, a land and technical strategy and coordinate the operational implementation of proposals with the city.
This contract is concluded for a period starting from its notification date and ending after 84 months.
All services will be remunerated based on mixed pricing.
In application of article R2162-4-2° of the same code, the framework agreement is concluded with an economic operator, without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount in value.
The services provided under the contract will be carried out according to the following successive phases:
Phase 1 – Diagnosis and challenges.
Phase 2 – Participatory strategy and scenario definition.
Phase 3 – Landscape guide plan and pilot sites.
Phase 4 – Operational coordination and monitoring of implementation.
