The subject of the public procurement is the delivery of software to ensure the cyber security of SMZ. The fulfillment also includes providing technical support for a period of 5 years. The contract is divided into 2 parts in accordance with the provisions of § 35 and 101:
Part A: Deployment of a system for collecting and storing records of technical asset event logs of SMZ
Part B: Detection of cyber threats in the operation of the communication network of SMZ
A more detailed technical specification is included in Appendix No. 2 of the procurement documentation, as well as in the contract for work and the service contract.

Part A: Deployment of a system for collecting and storing records of technical asset event logs of SMZ.
The subject of this part of the public procurement is the delivery, commissioning, implementation, and provision of 5-year support for the Log Management (LM) system, which ensures central collection, storage, and visualization of all logs, event logs (operational, system, error, security, etc.), including records of all activities performed by administrators and users that occurred in the technical assets (TA) of the City of Zlín Municipality (MMZ), which generate records and send them to the LM system for their central storage and processing. A more detailed technical specification is included in Appendix No. 2A of the procurement documentation.

Part B: Detection of cyber threats in the operation of the communication network of SMZ.
The subject of this part of the public procurement is the delivery, commissioning (implementation), and provision of 5-year support for the Network Detection Response (NDR) system that detects, based on the analysis of statistics and information (data) obtained by monitoring TCP/IP flows of the communication network of the City of Zlín Municipality (MMZ), generated by export devices (sensor, probe) and centrally stored, evaluated, and visualized by collection devices, cyber events (suspicious behavior, anomalies, failures), incidents (attacks, data leaks), and threats in the network operation of MMZ, including the detection of advanced persistent threats, using behavioral and machine learning or a combination of multiple detection methods, with the possibility of responding to detected security incidents by blocking data flow at the network source, changing network access, user blocking, or application blocking.
