1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of server equipment and EDM devices for the implementation of the project "Development of digital services and increase of cybersecurity at the University Hospital No. 1 named after Dr. A. Jurasz in Bydgoszcz" implemented under: "Component D "Efficiency, accessibility and quality of the healthcare system", Investment D1.1.2 Acceleration of the digital transformation processes in healthcare through the further development of digital services in healthcare" from the National Reconstruction Plan.
2. The subject of the contract has been divided into 3 parts:

3. The subject of the contract has been divided into 3 parts. In part 1, no additional division of the order was made due to the necessity of ensuring compatibility of the existing technological solutions at the Ordering Party. Offers can be submitted for one, several, or all parts of the order. The offer for each part should be complete and must meet the detailed requirements specified in the Terms of Reference and its attachments.
4. The Ordering Party does not permit the submission of variant offers and in the form of electronic catalogs.
5. The Ordering Party does not anticipate granting contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(8) of the Public Procurement Law.
6. A detailed description and method of execution of the contract is contained in the description of the subject of the contract, which is Appendix No. 6 to the Terms of Reference.
7. According to Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party anticipates the possibility of canceling the proceedings if the public funds that the Ordering Party intended to allocate for the financing of all or part of the contract have not been granted to him.
