Description:
The framework agreement includes multiple lots for the development, operation, and maintenance of various digital tools and services for agents and elected officials, covering identity management, collaborative messaging, document management, communication platforms, e-learning, free telephony solutions, and password management.

This contract is a framework agreement composed of 7 lots, implemented through the issuance of purchase orders in accordance with Articles R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. Each lot may be awarded separately, which may lead to the establishment of a distinct contract. Each lot may be awarded to a single operator or a grouping of companies.
The maximum estimated amount of the contract for all 7 lots is 2,000,000 euros excluding tax, approximately 2,400,000 euros including tax. The duration of the contract execution is 12 months, renewable by express renewal 3 times for periods of the same duration, for a total maximum duration of 4 years.

Collaborative messaging Watcha - Matrix.
Maintenance and corrective and evolutionary maintenance of the Watcha application within the digital tools TNO for agents and elected officials in place.

Document management platform Nextcloud - OnlyOffice.
Maintenance and corrective and evolutionary maintenance of the NextCloud document management platform within the digital tools TNO for agents and elected officials in place.

Communicative platform Jitsi/Wekan.
Maintenance and corrective and evolutionary maintenance of the Jitsi/Wekan applications, within the digital tools TNO for agents and elected officials in place.


LOT-0005

Collaborative platform e-learning territory and content creation chamilo.
Maintenance and corrective and evolutionary maintenance of the Chamilo platform within the digital tools TNO for agents and elected officials in place. It also ensures technical maintenance of existing content and the creation of new content to support the offer of SITIV and its member entities.

Free telephony solution.
Provision, installation, integration, maintenance and operation with the applications from other lots but also with the existing ecosystem within SITIV and its cities, of a free telephony solution.


LOT-0007

Vaultwarden vault.
Provision, installation, integration, operation, maintenance and corrective and evolutionary maintenance of the Vaultwarden electronic vault within the digital tools TNO for agents and elected officials in place.
