Contractors are sought to strategically and operationally support SWR with development and support services in the field of artificial intelligence. A framework agreement will be concluded with one contractor in lots 1 and 4 based on a standard IT service contract (EVB-IT). For lots 2 and 3, a framework agreement will be concluded with a maximum of 3 contractors. The framework agreement is intended to enable quick commissioning, where the contractual components are predefined.
