The Administrative-Territorial Unit Municipality of Buzău is implementing the investment project "Increasing Urban Mobility through the Creation of a Transport Hub and Bus Depot in Buzău Municipality", SMIS Code 339587, financed by the South-East Regional Program 2021-2027, European Regional Development Fund, Priority 3 — region with reduced carbon emissions, Specific Objective 2.8 — Promotion of sustainable multimodal urban mobility, Action 3.1, based on Financing Contract no. 344/29.04.2026 concluded with the South-East Regional Development Agency as Management Authority.
The investment consists of creating a complex of buildings and outdoor arrangements on the land on Brăila Road, CF no. 72696, with an area of 98,782 sqm, comprising 8 main construction components: C1 Intermodal Terminal (Ground floor + 1 floor, 540 sqm), C1.1 Bus station canopies (643 sqm), C2 Park&Ride Parking (Ground floor + 2 floors + attic, 1,712 sqm), C3 Dispatcher (127.8 sqm), C4 Repair and ITP Workshop (2,068.4 sqm), C5 Administrative Building (Ground floor + 2 floors, 916 sqm), C6 Fuel/Charging Station (660 sqm), C7 Bus Wash (621.2 sqm), and C8 Bus Parking Canopies with integrated photovoltaic panels (6,890.4 sqm), plus Object 2 — active mobility infrastructure and Object 3 — exterior arrangements, with a total built area of 14,162.8 sqm and a total developed area of 21,341 sqm. The works contract will be concluded in accordance with Government Decision no. 1/2018 (FIDIC Romanian-adapted general and specific conditions).
“The service contract duration is 24 months from the date of issuance of the Order to commence services. Within this period, the provision of services is divided into three successive phases, which do not overlap but represent stages of the same contractual period:
— Phase I – Pre-construction and mobilization: the first 30 days of the contract, from the Order to commence services until the Order to commence works is issued;
— Phase II – Supervision of works execution: from the Order to commence works until the completion date of the works, within the contract duration;
— Phase III – Final reception of works, completion of the technical file, and the Completion Report: 30 days from the completion date of the works, within the contract duration.
The services related to the warranty period of the works are not part of this contract, as they are provided by the Contracting Authority through its own resources, according to Government Decision no. 1/2018.
The contract duration may be extended by addendum, correlated with the actual execution period of the supervised works contract, based on the revision clause established by the awarding documentation in accordance with art. 221 paragraph (1) letter a) of Law no. 98/2016.”
