EXPRESSION OF INTEREST IN SOLUTIONS THROUGH ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE APPLICATION IN DOCUMENT LOGGING FOR ASST MELEGNANO AND MARTESANA and ATS PAVIA. SINTEL ID 173345565.

This ASST intends to launch a consultation aimed at the knowledge of the reference market and the selection of economic operators interested in the tender procedure to be launched for the supply of artificial intelligence applications in the document protocol.

This survey is aimed at evaluating and surveying the solutions that will allow the automation of some processes of classification, understanding and sorting of emails / pec received to the institution's protocol by means of artificial intelligence.

This ASST intends to launch a consultation aimed at the knowledge of the reference market and the selection of economic operators interested in the tender procedure to be launched for the supply of artificial intelligence applications in the document protocol.

This survey is aimed at evaluating and surveying the solutions that will allow the automation of some processes of classification, understanding and sorting of emails / pec received to the institution's protocol by means of artificial intelligence.

This is to incorporate the availability of market players experts in the field to carry out, preferably without contractual constraints and without charges, a POC that carries out the registration of mail / pec and through artificial intelligence, to classify them automatically as detailed below.

It is also required that the results of the POC provide a direct comparison with the traditional logging activity carried out on the same documentary source.

Finally, the availability of the partner is required (prior to the execution of the POC itself) to:

• signing of an appropriate data confidentiality agreement;

• drafting of a DPIA (impact assessment).

All subjects interested in participating in this procedure are invited to submit a specific application for participation in the procedure in question by filling out the appropriate form "application for participation" to be sent, digitally signed by the Legal Representative, no later than 06/09/2023 at 12:00, exclusively through the SinTel telematic platform, together with a report highlighting the following aspects of the solution involved at the POC:

• Detail of the operating methods and timing of execution of the POC

• The proposed solution must be integrated or scalable with the most important Italian Certified Electronic Mail providers through services and APIs and able to manage even multi boxes provided by different Providers.

• By means of a procedure for transforming the contents and attachments of the email / PEC, each message must be transformed into a single PDF containing each element and easily manageable in a structured process.

• The instrument itself will have to offer as output, the best possible result. The solution can be customized to the needs of the institution by instructing punctual models relating to specific categories of documents or document sets.

• The system must be able to classify the incoming MAIL/PEC according to the classification rules analyzed and configured during the technical functional analysis phase

• Through queue management and sorting interfaces, the content will be directed to the business processes currently in use (document management of the institution).

• Ingestion of MAIL / PEC messages through direct integration with the services exposed by the various providers.

• Analysis and implementation of "intelligent" algorithms able to automatically classify and then automatically move the analyzed messages.

• Transformation of messages and their attachments in pdf format.

• Data extraction to complete the forms on the institution's document in order to automate the data-entry.

• autolearning system that allows to extract the manual classifications made by the traditional methods of protocollation.
