EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG intends to award framework agreements for IT consulting: General AI consulting as part of the present negotiation procedure with a participation competition.

The present tender aims to establish framework agreements for IT consulting services focusing on 'General AI Consulting', starting from approximately 01.04.2026 until presumably 31.03.2029 with two extension options of 12 months each.

As EnBW, we operate not only nationally but also in an international environment and therefore require services not only onshore but also nearshore. To establish a common understanding, these classifications are defined as follows:

- Onshore: Germany, Austria
- Nearshore: All European countries including Switzerland, UK, and Turkey, excluding Germany and Austria.

The subject of the tender includes utilizing the potential of AI technologies to develop tailored, intelligent systems that meet the specific requirements and challenges of our company.
