Supply of a computed tomography scanner along with the adaptation of the premises of the Computed Tomography Laboratory related to the installation of a new computed tomography device. The subject of the order includes: - a one-time delivery and installation of the subject of the order, the required technical parameters of which are specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, adaptation of the premises of the Computed Tomography Laboratory related to the installation of a new computed tomography device in accordance with the scope specified in Annex No. 3.1 to the SWZ along with the post-execution technical documentation of the adjustment works carried out, including documentation necessary for the Ordering Party to obtain all required decisions issued by the WSSE in Krakow, including those approving the design of permanent radiation protection shields, performing tests and measurements referred to in point 151 of Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, as well as training of the Ordering Party's personnel mentioned in points 161-164 of Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, provided that the training of the Ordering Party's personnel referred to in point 162 of Annex No. 3 to the SWZ – within 5 working days from the date of sending the Contractor information by the Ordering Party via email about obtaining all required legal decisions issued by the WSSE in Krakow, including those approving the design of permanent radiation protection shields – within 90 days from the date of signing the contract, - full warranty and included in the offer price service: a minimum of 24 months on the delivered subject of the order from the date of protocol receipt of the subject of the contract, - warranty for the subject of the order: from the date of protocol receipt of the subject of the contract under the terms and within the time frame specified in the Civil Code. The Ordering Party requires that the implementation of the subject of the order takes place in accordance with the DNSH principle (“do no significant harm”) for environmental purposes arising from Article 17 of the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) 2020/852 of June 18, 2020, and the conditions specified in the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) 2021/241 of February 12, 2021 establishing the Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF) and the guidelines regarding the National Recovery Plan, while maintaining horizontal policies, especially the principles of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, and the principle of equal opportunities.
