The scope of the bidder for the Perquie Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project includes engineering, procurement of all equipment (excluding DC block), construction, and operations & maintenance (O&M). The battery's useful capacity is approximately 130MWh to 270MWh at the beginning of its life / Battery power is approximately 65MW at the 63 KV POC / Technology: LFP (lithium iron phosphate) Estimated COD: August 2028 The bidder must meet the engineering scope, where they must produce detailed execution plans for all components of the Power Plant. They must meet the work scope, which will include the complete or partial preparation of the site, the supply and installation of AC block equipment (PCS, skid, control command), the installation of DC equipment provided by the client by integrating them into their calculations, while managing the supply chain, their on-site installation, and their connection. The bidder must meet the O&M scope. The operation and maintenance of the site will be based on an estimated duration of 20 years, during which the client can decide to terminate the contract for convenience without any fees. The provider must take into account all the technical characteristics of the project related to the execution phase. During the term of this contract, the provider will receive an annual flat-rate remuneration based on their price offer, which will include: Operation, 24/7 supervision with remote alarm acknowledgment and site security; Preventive maintenance of AC, DC equipment; declaration of unavailability to the aggregator. Corrective maintenance of AC, DC equipment; Management of warranties and regulatory controls; Relationship with EDF Power Solutions and the network manager; Maintenance of battery performance: availability, SOH, RTE, auxiliary consumption. EDF power solutions will reserve the option to withdraw services related to DC and/or AC equipment in Execution and/or O&M at the time of consultation.
