1. The subject of the contract is the supply and installation of software supporting the analysis of digital images in pathology, carried out as part of the task entitled: Creating AI-supported technology in medical diagnostics, therapy and research to ensure high-quality healthcare in the Euroregion Pomerania.
2. The location of the contract execution: West Pomeranian Oncology Center at Strzałowska Street 22 in Szczecin; Department of Pathomorphology, building no. 8 – Center for Cancer Diagnostics and Therapy.
3. The scope of the contract includes all activities necessary to ensure the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY's proper use of the subject of the contract, including in particular transport (if applicable), assembly, commissioning, insurance at the CONTRACTOR's expense for all elements of the subject of the contract against the risk of accidental loss, destruction, damage, theft until the final acceptance protocol of the subject of the contract is signed, including during transport (if applicable).
4. Detailed scope of the subject of the contract:
a) supply of software along with a license; time-limited license for a minimum period of 36 months,
b) installation and commissioning of the software on the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY's dedicated servers,
c) training for software users – on-site training,
d) warranty for a period of 36 months.
