Through this procurement, the contracting authority wishes to conclude a service contract for design, to prepare the necessary documents for the project “Re-conductor and rehabilitation of the 220 kV d.c. Power Line at Porțile de Fier- Reșița”.
The documentation to be developed within the framework of the sectoral procurement contract includes:
Feasibility Study (FS), with Technical Expertise (TE) included;
Documentation to obtain the Urbanism Certificate, including obtaining the UC;
Documentation to obtain all approvals and agreements required by the UC, as well as those required by other applicable legal regulations, including obtaining them (consideration will be given to situations where the solutions in the FS will impose the installation of new poles at new locations, and in this case, Documentation will also need to be prepared for obtaining the Government Decision for land expropriation, necessary for obtaining the Construction Permit);
Execution Technical Project (PTE);
Project for the authorization of construction works (PAC) and Project for the authorization of dismantling works (PAD), including obtaining them.
Any request for clarifications must be submitted in SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub).
Number of days until requests for clarifications can be made before the deadline for submission of offers: 17 days.
The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information in two stages, as follows:
- on the 17th calendar day from the publication of the participation announcement and
- on the 11th calendar day before the deadline for submission of offers.
The contracting authority will only respond to requests for clarifications addressed by economic operators until the established deadline, according to art. 29 para (3) of HG 394/2016.
