The project "IMPLEMENTATION OF INTELLIGENT LOCAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS IN THE TEISANI COMMUNE, PRAHOVA COUNTY" is submitted for funding under the PNRR Component 10 - Local Fund, Project Call I.1.2 - Ensuring infrastructure for green transport - ITS/other ICT infrastructures (intelligent urban/local management systems).
The project addresses works related to the implementation of a video system that ensures a high level of urban security and at the same time a significant improvement in the quality of life for citizens. A total of 64 locations are proposed, with a total of 76 video cameras. Of the 76 proposed cameras, 60 are fixed video cameras, 7 are LPR/ALPR cameras, and 9 are panoramic Speed Dome cameras. The cameras proposed within this project are of high quality. The project also covers the installation of 2 EV charging stations in TEISANI Commune, each with two charging points, of which 1 charging point will have a minimum capacity of 50 kW and 1 charging point of at least 22 kW and another electric vehicle charging station with 2 points of at least 22 kW.

The contract to be concluded includes the following activities:
a) Supply of equipment and software and related installation/assembly services for the realization of the investment objective, in accordance with the provisions of the technical project to be carried out, the technical specifications, and the applicable standards.

In application of the provisions of art. 160 para. (2) of Law 98/2016, with subsequent amendments and completions, correlated with art. 103 para. (2) of HG 395/2016, the contracting authority establishes the following deadlines regarding requests for clarifications:
a) deadline for receiving requests for clarifications: 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers
b) the timeframe in which the contracting authority will respond clearly and concretely to all requests for clarifications: 11 days before the deadline for submitting offers.
In estimating the value of the contract, the provisions of Paragraph 3 "Calculation method for the estimated value" art. 12 lit. a) of Law 98/2016 and the general estimate drawn up by the specialized designer at the P.T. stage, namely: S.C. SECTRON GUARD.R.L. were taken into account.
