The contracting unit requests a proposal for the following service packages:
SIEM and SOC service
The supplier must be a Havaro service provider. Connecting the Havaro sensor to the Client's network and the Client joining the Havaro service are optional in this procurement.
The supplier must provide and implement log collection, management, and managed SIEM service including the necessary licenses as a service. The supplier is responsible for the servers, their monitoring, as well as the operating system licenses for SIEM service. The supplier produces SOC service and monitoring 24/7.
The acquired services will be used by the City of Lieto and the city's water utility Lieto Vesi.
The supplier must provide a complete package. Partial offers or alternative offers will not be accepted unless an alternative has been specifically requested in the request for proposal. The more detailed information about the overall package and the proposal requirements can be found in the appendix 1 of the request for proposal, which lists the minimum and quality requirements for the services offered.
The procurement follows the procurement law (1397/2016). The procedure is an open procedure exceeding the EU threshold.
The request for proposal documents are in Finnish and the proposal must be submitted in Finnish.
