1. The subject of the contract is the supply of MINI and MIDI electric buses along with the construction of charging stations for public transport in the City of Sochaczew. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the investment task entitled "Green Sochaczew - ecological and competitive public transport", which includes: 1) Part 1 - the construction of two charging stations for electric vehicles on the premises of the Municipal Transport Company in Sochaczew, along with the accompanying infrastructure, necessary connections, security measures, acceptances, and post-execution documentation; 2) Part 2 - the supply, registration, and commissioning of two brand new MINI electric buses, meeting the homologation requirements for category M3, intended for urban transport services in Sochaczew, of one brand, as well as the supply, registration, and commissioning of two brand new MIDI electric buses, meeting the homologation requirements for category M3, intended for urban transport services in Sochaczew, of one brand. The order also includes providing the required warranty and service, transferring technical-operational documentation, conducting training for staff, and ensuring compatibility of the supplied vehicles with the charging stations.
