Open call for tenders - articles R.2124-2 1° and R.2161-2 to 5 of the Public Procurement Code. The purpose of the consultation is: Assistance and expertise in the technical field regarding Air Quality and Noise. The contractor is expected to carry out various services related to air quality and the fight against noise pollution, namely: - advice, decision support, - technical studies, environmental impact studies, including if necessary modeling and/or real measurements of environmental parameters, - health impact studies in these areas, - opportunity or feasibility studies, - development, updating, and monitoring of the Air Quality Action Plan (PAQA) and the Noise Pollution Prevention Plan (PPBE), execution of certain actions contained in these programs, - Urban Air and Noise monitoring study, opportunity studies, benchmarking, assistance in sensor selection, general and/or project-based site studies, occasional relocation and maintenance, - development and/or feeding and/or monitoring of an interface, of the hypervisor type, for visualizing environmental indicators of air and noise and the parameters closely related to these themes.
