Services for the implementation of the energy transition and climate protection goals in Hesse.
The contractor will provide services in the area of promoting municipal climate protection and climate adaptation projects as well as in the area of promoting the energetic and material use of renewable raw materials. The aim is to directly contribute to the implementation of the energy transition and climate protection goals in Hesse through professionally qualified services in direct relation to projects for financial support or an energy technical project, as well as through professional support measures within the framework of individual contracts.
The contract includes the following services:
- The services in the area of promoting the energetic and material use of renewable raw materials. This includes accompanying during the implementation of the funding projects, reviewing interim reports, and the technical examination of the proof of use after completion of the (investment) funding projects.
- The services for technical examination, assessment, and project support with advice within the framework of promoting municipal climate protection and climate adaptation measures based on the Hesse Municipal Climate Directive. This includes providing preliminary consultation for potential applicants, the technical examination of funding and amendment applications, the technical accompaniment during the implementation of funding projects with reviewing interim reports, as well as the technical examination of the proof of use after the conclusion of the (investment) funding projects, as well as the technical examination of reports, concepts, strategies, and expert reports.
- The technical support for the client in the subject areas 1 and 2. This includes the preparation and conduct of events or participation in events of the client, the creation and dissemination of informational and accompanying material, opinions on technical questions, evaluating projects and operating experiences, participation in accompanying working groups, as well as processing inquiries from third parties on behalf of the client, and implementing concepts of the client.
The framework agreement will come into force on 16.05.2026 and initially has a duration of 2 years, with the client's unilateral option for a one-time extension of a further 12 months. The maximum financial framework for the two-year duration of the framework agreement is 3,000,000 gross. The funds will be provided per contract year up to an amount of 1,500,000 euros gross. In the event of a contract extension, the provision of funds will be newly determined. **
