1. The subject of the contract is the delivery and installation of software supporting the analysis of digital images in pathology, carried out as part of the project entitled: Creation of AI-supported technologies in medical diagnostics, therapy, and research to ensure high-quality health care in the Euroregion Pomerania.
2. Place of contract execution: West Pomeranian Oncology Center at Strzałowska 22 Street in Szczecin; Department of Pathomorphology, building no. 8 – Center for Diagnostics and Cancer Therapy.
3. The scope of the contract includes all actions necessary to ensure the ORDERER the proper use of the subject of the contract, including in particular transportation (if applicable), assembly, commissioning, insuring at the expense of the CONTRACTOR all elements of the subject of the contract against the risk of accidental loss, destruction, damage, theft until the final acceptance protocol of the subject of the contract is signed, including during transport (if applicable).
4. Detailed scope of the subject of the contract:
a) delivery of software with a license; time-limited license for a minimum period of 36 months,
b) installation and commissioning of the software on the ORDERER’s dedicated servers,
c) training of software users – on-site training,
d) warranty for a period of 36 months.
