The subject of this public procurement is the implementation of deliveries within the project “EU4Moldova: Sustainable Food Systems – Production project,” aimed at strengthening Moldovan laboratory and research capacities in sustainable agriculture, soil and plant analysis, phytopathology, microbiology, and hemp testing. The contracting authority does not allow alternative solutions. The subject of the public procurement includes the supply of laboratory and analytical equipment and related services, divided into 7 lots (A – G) including:
LOT-0001
A) Laboratory Glassware and Sample Preparation Equipment.
- delivery of laboratory glassware (flasks, beakers, graduated cylinders, pipettes, test tubes, Soxhlet flasks, cups, cuvettes, etc.)
- delivery of basic laboratory instruments and accessories for sample preparation,
- delivery of equipment for grinding, sieving, and homogenizing samples,
- delivery of heating and basic thermal equipment (muffle furnaces, burners, ovens, thermostats),
- delivery of laboratory devices for distillation, grinding, and sample preparation,
- delivery of auxiliary laboratory tools and consumables needed for regular laboratory operations.

B) Analytical and Measuring Instruments.
- delivery of moisture analyzers, analytical and precision balances,
- delivery of pH meters, conductivity meters, and multiparameter measuring devices,
- delivery of photometric and colorimetric instruments,
- delivery of flame photometers and ion-selective measuring systems,
- delivery of analytical software and data collection systems where relevant.

C) Equipment for Phytopathological and Bacteriological Laboratory.
- delivery of biologically safe working stations with laminar airflow,
- delivery of sterilization equipment including autoclaves and dry sterilization ovens,
- delivery of incubators and thermostatic chambers,
- delivery of centrifuges, laboratory refrigerators, and freezers,
- delivery of laboratory equipment for microbiological cultivation and diagnostics,
- delivery of equipment for labeling, handling, and storing samples.

- delivery of binocular and trinocular microscopes,
- delivery of software for capturing, analyzing, and documenting images,
- delivery of accessories for microscopes and lighting systems.

E) Analytical Equipment – Chromatograph, Spectrometer.
- delivery of High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) systems with suitable detectors,
- delivery of portable and laboratory spectrometric analyzers (e.g. NIR technology),
- delivery of equipment for sample preparation for hemp analysis,
- delivery of analytical software and calibration models for cannabinoid determination,
- delivery of reference and screening tools for quality control of hemp and hemp products.

F) SEM and Advanced Imaging Equipment.

- delivery of equipment for preparing SEM samples (coaters, vacuum systems, accessories),
- delivery of tables for vibration isolation, backup power systems, and auxiliary infrastructure,
- delivery of workstations and software for processing SEM data and image analysis,
- installation, calibration, and specialized training for users.
