Frequency and value of the contracts to be awarded: The subsequent contracts will be concluded quarterly/semivally depending on the requests of the departments as well as the allocated budgetary funds for this purpose. The minimum and maximum quantities related to the framework agreement and the subsequent contracts are those in the specifications document.

The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of offers according to articles 160-161 of Law 98/2016 and article 8 of HG 419, the deadline including the time provided for ANAP verification of the response proposals. Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers/applications: 18 days.
