The subject of the tender is the conclusion of several EVB-IT service contracts aimed at providing comprehensive support in the IT sector. Several qualified contractors are to be engaged for this purpose. The goal is to establish a flexible and efficient service provider portfolio that meets various IT service needs and supports the contracting authority in implementing its digital strategy.

Support in the conception, implementation, and further development of cash management and permissions. - Services related to Microsoft Technologies and Products
Consultation and support in the introduction, configuration, and operation of Microsoft products (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, Exchange, Teams). - Support in IT Procurements
Professional and methodological support in conducting IT procurement projects, including the preparation of specifications, evaluation criteria, and tender documents. - Market Analyses and Benchmarking
Conducting market analyses and benchmarking in the areas of software, hardware, and IT services to support strategic decisions. - Network, Internet, and Security Services
Consultation, planning, and optimization of network infrastructures and internet connections, as well as consulting and execution of IT security measures. - IT Identity Management / Tenfold
Consultation and operational support in the area of identity and access management, particularly in the operation and further development of the existing Tenfold system. - IT Service Management / Matrix42

The service will be divided and tendered in a total of 12 lots:
- Lot 1: Support for IT procurements, market analyses, and benchmarking of software, hardware, and services
- Lot 2: SAP consulting services with a focus on permissions
- Lot 3: SAP consulting services with a focus on cash management
- Lot 4: User support services in the use of Microsoft products (cloud and/or on-premise)
- Lot 5: Services related to SQL Server and Visual Studio
- Lot 6: Services related to Microsoft products (cloud and on-premises)
- Lot 7: Services in the area of networks and internet
- Lot 8: Services in the area of IT security
- Lot 9: Services in the area of IT identity management / Tenfold
- Lot 10: Services in the area of IT service management / Matrix42
- Lot 11: Services in the area of on-site IT support for IT workplaces
- Lot 12: Services in the area of on-site IT support for consultation rooms
For each lot, two to ten contractors are to be engaged.
