The subject of the contract includes the delivery, installation, and commissioning of: 1) 891 photovoltaic installations, constituting a source of electricity generation from RES together with infrastructure enabling the discharge of produced energy. 2) 155 energy storage units, coupled with energy generation units from RES, 3) 479 heat pump installations coupled with existing PV installations. The subject of the contract has been divided into three tasks, described in Chapter 6 of the SWZ. The subject of the contract also includes the design of the installation of photovoltaic installations, energy storage, and heat pumps (development of technical designs). This contract is intended for use by individuals, including employees of the Ordering Party, therefore the description of the subject of the contract has been prepared with consideration of the requirements for accessibility for persons with disabilities and designing for all users (in accordance with Article 100 (1) of the Ppl Act). A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Annex 1 to the SWZ - Functional and Utility Program. Annex 1 includes documents referring to the three tasks described in Chapter 6 of the SWZ. 1) Task No. 1: THE MUNICIPALITY OF NOWODWÓR a) Construction of 2 photovoltaic installations on public utility buildings and 83 on residential buildings. The scope of this task includes designing, carrying out delivery, and installing 85 photovoltaic installations in the Municipality of Nowodwór (83 concerning residential buildings, 2 concerning public utility buildings). Technical designs will be prepared for each of the facilities covered by the project. b) Construction of 14 energy storage units (residential buildings) coupled with energy generation units from RES. The scope of the task includes designing, carrying out delivery, and installing 14 energy storage units in the Municipality of Nowodwór (residential buildings). Technical designs will be prepared for each of the facilities covered by the project. c) Construction of 35 heat pumps (residential buildings) coupled with existing installations. The scope of the task includes designing, carrying out delivery, and installing 35 heat pumps in the Municipality of Nowodwór (residential buildings). Technical designs will be prepared for each of the facilities covered by the project. 2) Task No. 2: THE MUNICIPALITY OF RYKI a) Construction of 13 photovoltaic installations on public utility buildings and 660 on residential buildings in the energy cluster area - the Municipality of Ryki. The scope of the task includes designing, carrying out delivery, and installing 673 installations in the Municipality of Ryki (660 concerning residential buildings, 13 concerning public utility buildings). Technical designs will be prepared for each of the facilities covered by the project. b) Construction of 125 energy storage units (112 residential buildings, 13 public utility buildings) coupled with energy generation units from RES. The scope of the task includes designing, carrying out delivery, and installing 125 energy storage units in the Municipality of Ryki (112 residential buildings, 13 public utility buildings). Technical designs will be prepared for each of the facilities covered by the project. c) Construction of 375 heat pumps (373 residential buildings, 2 public utility buildings) coupled with existing installations. The scope of the task includes designing, carrying out delivery, and installing 375 heat pumps in the Municipality of Ryki (373 residential buildings, 2 public utility buildings). Technical designs will be prepared for each of the facilities covered by the project. 3) Task No. 3: THE MUNICIPALITY OF KŁOCZEW a) Construction of 4 photovoltaic installations on public utility buildings and 129 on residential buildings in the energy cluster area - the Municipality of Kłoczew. The scope of the task includes designing, carrying out delivery, and installing 133 installations in the Municipality of Kłoczew (129 concerning residential buildings, 4 concerning public utility buildings). Technical designs will be prepared for each of the facilities covered by the project. b) Construction of 16 energy storage units (12 residential buildings, 4 public utility buildings) coupled with energy generation units from RES. The scope of the task includes designing, carrying out delivery, and installing 16 energy storage units in the Municipality of Kłoczew (12 residential buildings, 4 public utility buildings). Technical designs will be prepared for each of the facilities covered by the project. c) Construction of 69 heat pumps (65 residential buildings, 4 public utility buildings) coupled with existing installations. The scope of the task includes designing, carrying out delivery, and installing 69 heat pumps in the Municipality of Kłoczew (65 residential buildings, 4 public utility buildings). Technical designs will be prepared for each of the facilities covered by the project. 3. The execution of the subject of the contract must comply with the DNSH principle ('Do No Significant Harm'), in accordance with Article 17 of Regulation (EU) 2020/852 of the European Parliament and of the Council and guidelines for projects financed from KPO. 4. The Ordering Party requires that the Subject of the Order complies with the DNSH principle (do no significant harm), in the understanding of Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No. 2020/852. A contract with the selected Contractor will be concluded separately for each of the tasks indicated above. This results from the need for individual accounting of funds by each of the Ordering Parties. The implementation of the task is essential to achieve the main goal of the project, i.e., the development of the Energy Cluster of Ryki County, among others by increasing self-consumption through increasing the number of heat pumps, which will relieve the power grid in this area.
