Description:
The project involves the provision and ongoing development of a multi-tenant AI platform as Software-as-a-Service that offers text-based AI functionalities and supports the creation and management of AI-assisted workflows for authorized employees.
The subject of the tender is the provision, operation, and ongoing development of a central, multi-tenant AI platform as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). This platform should provide text-based AI functionalities (chatbot) as well as additional features for the creation, management, and integration of AI-supported assistants and workflows.
The platform is to fulfill the following objectives: - Central provision of generative AI functionalities for all authorized employees of the client in a unified, web-based interface. - Configuration and operation of reusable AI assistants ('Agents') and templates that support professional tasks (e.g., summarizing documents, creating letters, answering recurring professional inquiries). - Central governance, management, and monitoring of usage (e.g., managing access rights, model selection, data sources, logging, reporting, cost and usage overview).
