The subject of the public procurement is the acquisition and implementation of HW infrastructure and SW equipment, followed by technical support and maintenance. The subject of the public procurement also includes the transportation of all supplied technologies to the destination (the place of performance of the public procurement mentioned later in this procurement documentation) and their implementation and subsequent commissioning, including necessary training for operators. The public procurement also includes all other services, deliveries, and works related to the subject of the public procurement defined in this procurement documentation.

The scope of this public procurement includes:

Supplies of technical and software equipment for passive security elements
- HW, SW equipment and services specified in Annex No. 2 of the trading conditions Technical specification for passive cybersecurity elements (passive security). This mainly includes the elements listed below:
- Virtualization platform allowing high availability operation of systems and applications;
- Core, Data Center, and Access switches and switches that enable direct power supply to WiFi AP;
- Elements and systems for central management of wired networks;
- Elements and systems for central management of WiFi networks and their endpoints WiFi AP;
- Elements and systems for central data replication storage;
- Elements and systems for backup data storage;
- Elements for the protection of backed up and archived data.

Implementation and integration services related to the supply of equipment
- Pre-implementation analysis
- Installation, configuration, and deployment of all supplied HW components and SW applications;
- Creation and setup of a new virtual environment to ensure high availability of services;
- Integration and configuration of all passive security elements and their integration into the client’s environment. Setting up virtualization, data storage, switches, and networks for connection within the organization;
- Migration of all existing data, systems, and services to the new secure infrastructure environment;
- Integration and configuration of all new active security elements within the new secure infrastructure and their integration into the client’s environment. Installation of all new systems and services necessary for the execution of the contract;
- Setting up all central management and supervision services;
- Uninstallation of old and installation and configuration of new wired active network elements in the client's distribution frames;
- Uninstallation of old and installation and configuration of new wireless active network elements in the client's facilities;
- Performing necessary optical welds in chambers to ensure connectivity;
- Creating documentation for all implemented systems and services;
- Training of operators, i.e., training administrators of the client on the operation of the acquired elements, systems, and services;
- Verification of the functionality of supplied and implemented elements and systems and their possible modifications.
- Conducting a pre-implementation analysis – a more detailed analysis of the current state of the infrastructure (initial state) and description of the implementation of the newly supplied systems and migrations. The implementation project will be submitted to the client in electronic form.
