The subject of this public procurement procedure is the expansion of the hospital information system along with integration with the P1 system and implementation of AI solutions to enhance the level of digital maturity and cybersecurity of the Hospital in order to carry out the task titled: “Development of digital services at the Voivodeship Integrated Hospital in Kielce” project number KPOD.07.03-IP.10-0086/25 within the framework of D1.1.2 “Acceleration of the digital transformation processes in healthcare through further development of digital services in healthcare” (competitive selection - recruitment number: KPOD.07.03-IP.10-001/25) of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (KPO). The procedure is conducted in accordance with the principles of horizontal respect, thus Contractors submitting a bid confirm with a statement that it has been prepared with respect for the principles of horizontal respect and in the case of selection of their offer, the execution of the order will take place with respect for these principles, namely: a) the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for persons with disabilities with regard to the fulfillment of requirements specified in the Accessibility Standards for the Cohesion Policy 2021-2027, b) the principle of gender equality; c) the principle of sustainable development; d) the principle of long-term impact of the project on the efficiency and resilience of the Polish economy e) the principle of “do no significant harm” (DNSH - Do Not Significant Harm) and compliance with the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union (CFREU); f) the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD). The Contracting Authority requires a statement regarding the application of the DNSH principle to be submitted with the bid.
