1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a liquid chromatography system coupled with a high-resolution Q-TOF mass spectrometer (1 set). 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Attachment No. 1 to the SWZ "Description of the subject of the contract" (also referred to as OPZ). 3. The Ordering Party does not require the Contractor to submit the relevant evidence along with the offer. 4. The Contractor is obliged to attach a current statement on non-exclusion and meeting the participation conditions in the procedure, in the form of the Single European Procurement Document (JEDZ) as per Attachment No. 3 to the SWZ. 5. GDPR (information obligation and application obligation): Information regarding the protection of individuals in relation to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data is specified in Chapter XXIII of the SWZ. 6. The Contractor is obliged to execute the order under the terms and conditions described in the draft contract provisions constituting Attachment No. 4 to the SWZ. 7. The order is financed under contract No. 2024/ABM/03/KPO/KPOD.07.07-IW.07-0100/24-00 dated March 6, 2025, project titled "Innovative products based on natural substances for the prevention of selected civilization diseases" financed by the European Union from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan Component D: Effectiveness, accessibility, and quality of the healthcare system, being part of Investment D3.1.1 Comprehensive development of research in medical sciences and health sciences.
