The Contracting Authority informs respected Bidders that if the announcement or the additional procurement documents provide references to specific brands, origins, types of objects, procedures, activities, patents, or trademarks, the mention is only for the clear identification of the nature of the subject and whether or not it is included in the name, the Contracting Authority – as per § 58 (4) of the Kbt. – accepts equivalent offers according to the provisions of § 46 (3) of Government Decree 321/2015. (X. 30.) (hereinafter referred to as: Government Decree 321/2015. (X. 30.)). The provisions of paragraphs (4)-(6) of § 46 of Government Decree 321/2015. (X. 30.) apply concerning the proof of equivalence. Bidders must indicate the manufacturer, type, and origin of the offered product in their bids. The bid price must include all ancillary costs necessary for full performance, including, but not limited to: - all taxes, customs duties, fees, and other charges related to the products incurred by the Seller; - costs and risks related to the production of the products or procurement from any third party, as well as packaging costs; - costs and risks related to storage, transportation, unloading from the vehicle, and loading from there to the performance location.
