With this tender, the Contracting Authority wishes to obtain offers for the installation, operation, and maintenance of charging stations on public roads in accordance with the AFI Act (Law 2022-04-04 no. 412 on infrastructure for alternative fuels for transport). The charging stations shall be normal chargers (22 kW). The tender encompasses 497 electric vehicle spaces corresponding to 994 charging stations. The agreements will run for 10 years. The Contracting Authority has divided the task into 14 separate sub-agreements. The sub-agreements are described in detail in Annex 2a (Sub-agreements). A tenderer may, in principle, be awarded a maximum of 4 sub-agreements. The awarding of contracts will be based on the best ratio of price to quality, where the Contracting Authority can award a total of 1,000 points, with the sub-criteria being 'Price' (250 points), 'Ad hoc prices' (250 points), 'Green electricity' (100 points), 'Green construction machinery' (100 points), 'LCA report' (150 points) and 'Green transport of charging stations' (150 points).
