The Border Guard Agency will acquire technical solutions for cyber surveillance and log collection hardware and software during the year 2026, which will consist, among other things, of device cabinets, server computers, network devices, firewalls, gateway solutions, encryptors, software and associated software licenses, services, and presentation technology for offices.
The procurement has been divided into relevant areas that form appropriate entities.
The procurement includes additional purchase options (options), which are described in more detail by area in the request for proposals.
LOT-0001
Servers and Storage Systems.
The target area of the procurement is various standalone server combinations, examples of which are given below. The server combinations can be filled with different server chassis such that the capacity requirements specified in each entity can be met.

In addition to the described server combinations, other server configurations can also be procured. The configurations to be purchased will be defined more precisely in the request for proposals and finalized with the selected supplier. At least 10 servers will be procured. At least 1 storage system will be procured.
The procurement includes related software, extended warranty, and support service.

Firewalls and Network Devices.
The target area of the procurement consists of physical and virtual NGFW firewalls, as well as layer 2 and 3 network devices.

LOT-0003
Encryptors.
The target area of the procurement consists of encryptors approved by Traficom certified to security class TL III.
The procurement includes related software, extended warranty, and support service.
LOT-0004
Device Cabinets, Workstations, and Accessories.
The target area of the procurement consists of device cabinets, workstations, and accessories. Accessories may include, for example, UPS devices, monitors, keyboards, mice, and cables. The procurement includes an extended warranty.
LOT-0005
Software and Licenses.
The target area of the procurement consists of SIEM licenses and virtualization platform licenses for the Border Guard Agency's use.
