Procurement of artificial intelligence server.
The task of the successful bidder (Seller) is to deliver 1 unit of artificial intelligence (GPU) server under a sales contract to the National Medical Innovation Training Center of Semmelweis University. The server must be compatible and fully supported with NVIDIA AI Enterprise solutions, and must support NVIDIA Base Command (Orchestration, scheduling, and cluster management) solutions. The proposed device must have the necessary permit for marketing in Hungary and comply with the standards and regulations specified in the applicable laws. The successful bidder is responsible for the delivery, installation, commissioning of the proposed device (including providing necessary tools for commissioning), as well as the installation of required software, the three-year subscription and training for the use of NVIDIA Base Command (Orchestration, scheduling, and cluster management). Following delivery, a one-day technical trial operation will take place. The successful bidder must provide training for 4 hours on-site for 3 individuals designated by the procurer. A protocol will be created regarding the installation, commissioning, success of the technical trial operation, and training of the delivered product. The precise technical data, professional expectations, and details of accessories are included in the technical requirement table that is part of the public procurement documentation. The successful bidder undertakes that throughout the entire duration of the contract (including the warranty period), on every working day between 08:00 and 18:00, they will acknowledge the failure report within 1 (one) working day from the procurer's report of error. If the procurer makes the report between 18:00 and 24:00 or on a public holiday, the deadlines must be calculated from 08:00 on the first working day that follows. The successful bidder will appear on-site within a maximum of 2 (two) working days from the acknowledgment of the failure report. Depending on the nature of the fault, they will rectify the issue within a maximum of 2 (two) working days from the acknowledgment of the failure report. The successful bidder is also responsible for providing a comprehensive warranty for 36 months from the issuance of the completion certificate. The procurer will accept the offer of products and equipment equivalent to those specifically named in the technical specification according to paragraph (3) of section 46 of Government Regulation 321/2015. However, the equivalence of the proposed products and equipment must be substantiated and verified by the bidder. The evaluation method: The procurer will evaluate the offers based on the criteria representing the best price-value ratio according to point c) of paragraph (2) of section 76 of the Kbt.
