This consultation concerns:
- The purchase of genomic DNA and RNA sequencing services, at a lower cost in order to study as comprehensively as possible and in high-throughput the genome, methylation, and expression of genes of interest of the unit
And
- The delivery of sequencing data via a secure system. The number of samples (lots 1-2-4-5-6) / libraries (lot 3) will be conditioned on the requests from public and private collaborators of GenPhySE.
