1. The subject of this contract is the purchase and implementation of a radiosurgical contouring system to support dose distribution planning in radiotherapy for the National Cancer Institute Maria Skłodowska-Curie - National Research Institute Branch in Gliwice.
2. The description of the subject of the contract and the conditions for its execution are included in the attachments:
1) Technical specification of the order – attachment no. 2 to SWZ
2) Assortment-price specification – attachment no. 3 to SWZ
3) Draft provisions of the agreement that will be introduced into the content of the contract – attachment no. 5 to SWZ.
3. The ordering party does not allow the possibility of submitting partial offers.
4. Offers not containing the full scope of the subject of the contract will be rejected.
5. The ordering party allows the possibility of submitting equivalent offers - the description of equivalence is contained in Chapter IV SWZ.
6. The ordering party requires the contractor to provide a bid bond and to secure proper execution of the contract.
7. The ordering party does not anticipate an electronic auction or supplementary orders.
8. The ordering party does not require the submission of the subject evidence in this procedure.
9. Information on joint bidding by Contractors for the order is included in Chapter IX SWZ.
10. The ordering party anticipates the possibility of changes to the provisions of the concluded agreement (so-called contractual changes based on Article 455, paragraph 1, point 1 of the Pzp Act) with respect to the content of the offer based on which the contractor was chosen, in accordance with the conditions contained in attachment 5 to SWZ. Changes to each contract may also occur in cases referred to in Article 455, paragraph 1, points 2-4, and paragraph 2 of the Pzp Act.
11. The informational clause resulting from Article 13 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC has been included by the ordering party in SWZ.

1. The subject of this contract is the purchase and implementation of a radiosurgical contouring system to support dose distribution planning in radiotherapy for the National Cancer Institute Maria Skłodowska-Curie - National Research Institute Branch in Gliwice.
2. The description of the subject of the contract and the conditions for its execution are included in the attachments:
1) Technical specification of the order – attachment no. 2 to SWZ
2) Assortment-price specification – attachment no. 3 to SWZ
3) Draft provisions of the agreement that will be introduced into the content of the contract – attachment no. 5 to SWZ.
3. The bid validity period is: 90 days. The bid validity period starts from the expiry date for submitting offers. This date is the first day of the bid validity period. The above means that the bid validity period expires on 03.02.2026.
4. The deadline for the execution of the subject of the contract: 60 calendar days from the date of signing the contract.
5. The criterion for evaluating offers: only the price criterion, in accordance with the provisions of SWZ.
6. The ordering party in this public procurement procedure will apply the procedure specified in Article 139, paragraph 1 of the Pzp Act during the evaluation of offers.
