Description:
Development of an AI tool to transcribe audio files into structured reports, with phases for proof of concept, implementation, and potential rollout across MD RLP.

The aim of the tender is the development of a generative "Artificial Intelligence" (AI) tool that transcribes audio files into text files, filters necessary information for a report from these text files, and transfers it into a predefined report structure with evaluation. This draft will be released after verification/correction by the evaluator. The AI tool will learn and improve from feedback provided by the evaluator. The AI tool will be hosted through a German data center in a private cloud exclusively for MD RLP by the contractor.

The goal will be achieved in several phases: Phase 1a, 1b, 2, and 3. Phase 1a and Phase 1b: The subject of this tender is the preparation and execution of a proof of concept (PoC) of an AI-supported report in individual case assessment for MD RLP initially concerning mobility assessment. (Phase 1a) Optionally, MD RLP can commission the contractor's services to expand the PoC to all modules for report generation. (Phase 1b) Phase 2: Phase 2 requires the successful implementation of the acceptance criteria of section 2.1.1. Phase 1a and b. The client is then entitled to commission Phase 2 (optional). In this phase, the PoC will be implemented by the contractor with real data as well as support provided by the contractor. This will initially be limited to one location of MD RLP. This will likely be the site in Mainz. Phase 3: In the event of successful completion of Phases 1 and 2, MD RLP is entitled to commission the option of a roll-out in the area of individual case assessment for the entire MD RLP by the contractor with real data and support provided by the contractor.
