The tender concerns the arrangement of charging services for electric vehicles in connection with parking located in public areas of the City of Vantaa. The City of Vantaa will grant the selected operator through the tendering process the right to use the land area designated for at least six (6) parking spaces designated for passenger and van vehicles for electric vehicle charging.
The tendered locations are situated in the parking areas of the Heureka Science Centre, Tikkurila Sports Park, and Elmo Sports Park. The provider will fully arrange and implement the charging operation in exchange for the allocated land area; the city will not participate in financing or investments. The offered charging stations will be designated for public use.
A concession contract will be concluded on this matter. The duration of the contract period is 10 years, including a three (3) year extension option. The charging stations must be completed and ready for use by December 31, 2027.
