The subject of the order is the delivery and installation of IT equipment and software licenses divided into 3 parts. As part of the project: Kronik@2.0 implemented under action 2.3 FERC, Digital accessibility and reuse of information. Based on agreement No. FERC.02.03-IP.01-0001/25-00.

The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the procurement procedure for this order based on Article 257 of the Pzp Act, if the public funds that it intended to allocate for financing all or part of the order have not been granted to it, or based on Article 256 of the Pzp Act, if circumstances arise that make further conduct of the procurement procedure unreasonable. The contracting authority will notify all Contractors participating in the procedure about the cancellation of the procedure.
The contracting authority permits equivalent solutions. The Contractor who invokes equivalent solutions is obliged to demonstrate along with the offer that the products offered meet the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority.
