1. The subject of the order is: Development of digital services and improvement of cybersecurity at the USK General Hospital and the Podkarpackie Oncology Center in Rzeszów - delivery of server hardware and software and cybersecurity solutions.
2. The contracting authority allows for partial offers, where each part is a complete component. Offers can be submitted for one, several, or all parts of the order. This procedure includes 3 Parts, as below:
a) Part No. 1 – Delivery of server and computer hardware,
b) Part No. 2 – Delivery, implementation, and 36-month maintenance of cybersecurity systems,
c) Part No. 3 – Purchase of scanners for digitizing medical documentation (50 pcs.) along with configuration, connection to the system, warranty extension, and support extension for 3 years.
3. The detailed description of the subject of the order (for all parts of the order), quantity, scope, type, and size of deliveries, warranty and service conditions are specified in the Detailed Descriptions of the Subject of the Order – SOPZ (Appendix No. 1 to SWZ), which are an integral part of the SWZ.
4. The contracting authority allows for equivalent solutions as described in the SWZ.
