A detailed description of the subject of the order and the investment task is included in Annex No. 1 to the Request for Proposals entitled 'Description of the Subject of the Order' (hereinafter referred to as 'OPZ') and in the Draft Agreement, which is Annex No. 5 to the Request for Proposals. The contractor is obliged to carry out the subject of the order taking into account the Environmental Guidelines for suppliers and E.ON's Supplier Code, Health and Safety Instructions (Annexes No. 10, 11 and 12 to the Request for Proposals).

The subject of the contract is the provision of technical consultancy and design services for the investment task entitled: 'Integrated network for innovative transformation and decarbonization of district heating' (UNITED HEAT); Stage II Construction of a solar heat plant. The subject of the contract consists of 3 (three) Phases: 1. Phase I of the order (Design-engineering): Technical consultancy service consisting of: 1) preparing the Basic Project for the planned Investment Task along with indicating the optimal technology regarding solar collectors, 2) preparing the Information Card of the Project and acting on behalf of the Ordering Party for a Decision on Environmental Conditions for the Investment Task; 3) performing the Construction Project (including the land development project and architectural-construction project) of the solar heat plant along with the heat storage and obtaining, on behalf of the Ordering Party, the Construction Permit; 4) preparing the SWZ/request for proposals in the technical scope and Functional-Utility Program for the public procurement procedure under which the General Contractor for the planned Investment Task will be selected 5) assistance in preparing documentation for the procedure and conducting the procedure for selecting the General Contractor of the Investment Task in the technical scope, 6) participation in the selection of the General Contractor of the Investment Task in the technical scope. 2. Phase II of the order (Dismantling documentation): Preparing the necessary documentation in order to obtain the Demolition Permit for the construction objects located on the investment site and conflicting with the planned Investment Task and obtaining on behalf of the Ordering Party the Demolition Permit. 3. Phase III of the order (Author supervision): Performing by the Contractor of the author's supervision in accordance with the Act of July 7, 1994 – Construction Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 725 as amended) during the implementation of the Investment Task in accordance with the Project Documentation. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the Investment Task is included in Annex No. 1 to the Request for Proposals entitled 'Description of the Subject of the Order' (hereinafter referred to as 'OPZ') and in the Draft Agreement, which is Annex No. 5 to the Request for Proposals.
