DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
Task 1: Part 1: Purchase, implementation and maintenance of a continuous monitoring system of the SIEM type (log management).
Task 2: Part 2: Delivery, installation, configuration of a backup server with built-in RAID array at the Municipal Social Assistance Center.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Appendix No. 10 to the Terms of Reference (SWZ) and the model contract, which is Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.
Codes describing the subject of the contract specified in the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): main subject: 48781000-6, additional subject: 48821000-9, 72710000.
The contracting authority allows for the submission of partial offers – number of tasks: 2. The contractor can submit an offer for any number of tasks.
The contracting authority informs that in this proceeding, variant offers are not allowed and:
1) electronic catalogs are not allowed to be submitted as offers. The contracting authority allows for the possibility of attaching electronic catalogs to the offer,
2) does not require personal performance by the contractor of key tasks,
3) does not foresee:
a) awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) and (8)
b) concluding framework agreements referred to in Articles 311–315 of the Pzp Act.
c) settlement in foreign currencies,
d) electronic auctions referred to in Article 308(1) of the Pzp Act.
e) reimbursement of costs of participation in the proceeding,
f) specifying in the description of the subject of the contract requirements related to the execution of the contract referred to in Article 96(2)(2) of the Pzp Act,
g) restricting the possibility of applying for and awarding the contract only to contractors referred to in Article 94 of the Pzp Act,
h) providing advances for the execution of the contract.
