The public procurement is for the implementation of investments through a procedure, BY DIRECT PROVISION OF FUNDS FROM THE RECOVERY AND RESILIENCE MECHANISM BG-RRP-13.009 "INSTALLATION OF PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEMS (PV) IN EXISTING SOCIAL SERVICES, DELEGATED BY THE STATE ACTIVITY AND PURCHASE OF ELECTRIC VEHICLES, INCLUDING ASSOCIATED CHARGING STATIONS FOR PROVIDING SOCIAL SERVICES".
The minimum requirements regarding the type, technical data, and characteristics of the car and the charging station to be supplied by the contractor are detailed in the Technical Specification.
The subject of the Contract also includes an obligation for the CONTRACTOR to register the vehicle at the KAT – Gabrovo on behalf of the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY, as well as to ensure warranty and service maintenance within the warranty periods, according to the terms of the contract.

IMPORTANT: As of the announcement date of the public procurement procedure, a contract for securing a grant under the Plan for Recovery and Resilience has not been signed! In accordance with Art. 114 of the Public Procurement Act, the execution of the contract will be considered as assigned after securing funding.
