The subject of the procurement is the acquisition of artificial intelligence assistants for social and health services. The solution will be purchased as a software service (AI as a Service, AIaaS). This procurement is carried out as a joint procurement of the Kanta-Häme, Central Finland, and South Ostrobothnia welfare areas. The welfare areas have made a mutual cooperation agreement for the execution of the procurement.
The solution to be procured consists of the following components:
• Solution as a software service (AI as a Service, AIaaS)
• Delivery and customization of the solution for the Client Organization
• Support and maintenance services for the solution
• Further development and consultancy services for the solution
The solution as a software service (AIaaS) includes the delivery of a solution containing artificial intelligence services and its usage rights as a software service, where the Provider is responsible for the data center and capacity services required by the Solution. The solution will be delivered on a license-based principle. The Provider fully owns the intellectual property rights to the Solution subject to this procurement and any further development projects carried out during the contract period.
