The subject of the order conducted in the "design and build" formula is: Construction of renewable energy installations using energy storage in public utility buildings in the Municipality of Czechowice-Dziedzice. It includes the comprehensive design, delivery, and installation along with commissioning, as well as all construction and assembly work of complete photovoltaic and energy storage installations and heat pumps for the following public utility buildings in the Municipality of Czechowice-Dziedzice:
Location 1 - Public Kindergarten No. 6, Szwajcarska Dolina Street 24; 43-502 Czechowice-Dziedzice
- Photovoltaic installation with a power of at least 27 kWp, energy storage with a usable capacity of at least 12 kWh, air heat pump with a heating capacity of at least 40 kW.
Location 2 - Public Kindergarten No. 11, Młyńska Street 6; 43-502 Czechowice-Dziedzice
- Photovoltaic installation with a power of at least 28 kWp, energy storage with a usable capacity of at least 16 kWh, air heat pump with a heating capacity of at least 80 kW.
Location 3 - Public Kindergarten in Zabrzeg, Tadeusza Gazdy Street 5; 43-516 Zabrzeg
- Photovoltaic installation with a power of at least 25.5 kWp, energy storage with a usable capacity of at least 16 kWh, air heat pump with a heating capacity of at least 40 kW.
Location 4 - Primary School No. 2, Węglowa Street 54; 43-502 Czechowice-Dziedzice
- Photovoltaic installation of the new school with a power of at least 11.5 kWp, energy storage with a usable capacity of at least 12 kWh, air heat pumps with a total heating capacity of at least 120 kW.
Location 5 - Primary School No. 5, Klasztorna Street 21; 43-502 Czechowice-Dziedzice
- Photovoltaic installation with a power of at least 49 kWp, energy storage with a usable capacity of at least 16 kWh, air heat pumps with a total heating capacity of at least 240 kW.
Location 6 - Primary School No. 7, Szkolna Street 6; 43-502 Czechowice-Dziedzice
- Photovoltaic installation with a power of at least 45 kWp, energy storage with a usable capacity of at least 16 kWh, air heat pumps with a total heating capacity of at least 200 kW.
Location 7 - Primary School No. 2, Miliardowicka Street 46; 43-518 Ligota
- Photovoltaic installation with a power of at least 49 kWp,
• for the connection point PPE1: at least 24 kWp
• for the connection point PPE2: at least 25 kWp
and energy storage with a total usable capacity of at least 24 kWh
• for the connection point PPE1: at least 12 kWh
• for the connection point PPE2: at least 12 kWh,
air heat pumps with a total heating capacity of at least 80 kW.
NOTE!
The roof of the building of primary school No. 2 in Ligota at Miliardowicka Street is under renovation (except for the gym with changing room facilities and the new segment). A detailed description is included in Annex No. 10 - Functional and Utility Program (PFU), i.e., Description of the roof renovation of school No. 2 in Ligota - scope of planned construction works, drawing A_02 roof plan and K01 roof truss plan.
Location 8 - Ecology and Greenery Center in Czechowice-Dziedzice, Count Kotuliński Street 2; 43-502 Czechowice-Dziedzice
- Photovoltaic installation with a power of at least 24.5 kWp including:
• existing installation 5.5 kW;
• new installation with a power of at least 19 kW, and energy storage with a usable capacity of at least 12 kWh.
The scope of the order includes:
a) preparation of complete project documentation separately for each location along with obtaining all consents, permits, and notifications if required by applicable law,
b) execution in accordance with the requirements and other information described in detail by the Contracting Authority in the Functional and Utility Program, construction and assembly work and delivery along with commissioning of photovoltaic installations and heat pumps in accordance with the law,
c) obtaining on behalf of and for the Contracting Authority all necessary permits and administrative decisions allowing for the operation of the installations,
d) providing quality guarantees for the completed installations and ensuring service and technical inspections during the warranty period.
The detailed description of the subject of the contract is indicated in the Functional and Utility Program (PFU) which is Annex No. 10 to the SWZ. Within this order, the investment scope described in the Functional and Utility Program (PFU) will be realized.
