Package No. 1 - Task No. 1 The subject of the order is the purchase, delivery, installation, and commissioning of an X-ray device with equipment, along with adapting the existing premises of the X-ray laboratory in the SOR Building - to the needs of installing the new X-ray device in the X-ray Laboratory. The subject of the order will be carried out in the following stages: Stage I – delivery and assembly and preliminary commissioning of the X-ray device with equipment - 1 set and training of the Ordering Party's staff in the operation of the Device. Stage II – performing all construction works necessary to adapt the premises of the X-ray laboratory located in the WSzZ SOR building in Kielce and obtaining a positive decision allowing for the use of the X-ray Laboratory and Device. Package No. 1 - Task No. 2 The subject of the order is the purchase, delivery, installation, and commissioning of an X-ray device with equipment alongside adapting the existing premises of the X-ray laboratory in the WSzZ Neurology Building in Kielce - to the needs of installing the new X-ray device in the X-ray Laboratory. The subject of the order will be carried out in the following stages: Stage I – delivery and assembly and preliminary commissioning of the X-ray device with equipment - 1 set and training of the Ordering Party's staff in the operation of the Device. Stage II – performing all construction works necessary to adapt the premises of the X-ray laboratory located in the WSzZ Neurology building in Kielce and obtaining a positive decision allowing for the use of the X-ray Laboratory and Device. Packages No. 2 and 3 The subject of the order is the purchase, delivery, installation, and commissioning of X-ray devices. The subject of the order must comply with the ‘do no significant harm’ principle (DNSH), in accordance with Article 17 of Regulation (EU) 2020/852 of 18 June 2020. This principle applies in connection with the financing of the order under the National Reconstruction and Resilience Plan (KPO). The DNSH principle means that at no stage of the order fulfillment - from production, through delivery, use, and eventual disposal - should there be any significant harm to the EU environmental objectives, namely: 1. Climate change mitigation, 2. Climate change adaptation, 3. Sustainable management of water and marine resources, 4. Circular economy (GOZ), 5. Pollution prevention and control, 6. Protection of biodiversity and ecosystems. A detailed description of the subject of the order and quantities is specified in Annexes 2.1, 2.2, and 2.3 to the SWZ - Overview of technical-functional parameters for Packages No. 1, 2, and 3, and in Annex 2A - Functional-Utility Program for the installation of the device in the SOR building regarding Package No. 1 and 2. The Functional-Utility Program for the installation of the device in the Neurology building is for Package No. 1. Information on the principles for executing delivery, guarantees, and remuneration is contained in Annex 3 to the SWZ - draft terms of the contract regarding public procurement for Package No. 1 and Annex 3a to the SWZ - draft terms of the contract regarding public procurement for Packages No. 2 and 3. The Ordering Party reserves the right to appropriate modifications of the draft terms of the contract for public procurement in the event that one contractor is awarded a public procurement for more than one task of this procedure.
