Design (PAC+PT+CS+DE) + technical assistance during the execution of works and the execution of works related to investment objectives for Lot 1 and Lot 2.
• Preparation of technical-economic documentation consisting of: PT+DE including DTAC, and technical quality verifications of the project and execution details in order to obtain the building permit - technical assistance from the designer will extend throughout the execution period and until the signing without objections of the acceptance report upon completion of the works.
• Execution of works
The number of days until which clarifications can be requested by the economic operators, before the deadline for submitting offers: 20 days. The contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarifications and/or additional information received from economic operators regarding the awarding documentation, 10 days before the deadline for submitting offers.
The estimated value of the procurement is 1,132,085.93 Lei (excluding VAT) of which:
Lot 1: 549,629.58 Lei (excluding VAT)
Lot 2: 582,456.35 Lei (excluding VAT)

1. Preparation of technical-economic documentation consisting of: PT+DE including DTAC, and technical quality verifications of the project and execution details in order to obtain the building permit - maximum 2 months from the receipt of the commencement order;
- technical assistance from the designer will extend throughout the execution period and until the signing without objections of the acceptance report upon completion of the works.
2. Execution of works - 1 month from the completion of the technical-economic documentation.
