+++ The delivery of the PV system is subject to the zero tax rate according to Section 12.18 para. 6 UStAE. It is confirmed that the LH Dresden is the operator of the PV system to be constructed and that the building on which the PV system is to be installed is a building favored under § 12 paragraph 3 no. 1 UStG (public/other buildings used for activities serving the public good). +++
