Decision of the procedure. The contracting authority informs that based on the evaluation criteria of the offers specified in the Request for Proposal, it has evaluated the submitted offers and selected the most advantageous offer submitted by the Contractor HYDROSUN Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at Elewatorska 1A Street, 15-620 Białystok. Justification: The contracting authority informs that in the procedure conducted in the mode of Request for Proposal within the deadline for submitting offers, i.e. until 24.09.2026 at 14:00, one offer not subject to rejection was submitted. The offer submitted by the Contractor HYDROSUN Sp. z o.o. obtained the highest number of points, i.e. 100 points and was recognized as the most advantageous offer based on the offer evaluation criteria specified in the content of the RFP ("Price" – 40%, "Completion time" - 30%, "Response time to malfunctions" – 30%).
