As part of the construction project "Bus Depot Fröttmaning - Building Group 2", a fully electrified bus depot will be constructed on the site of an existing diesel bus parking area (called "Expansion Stage 1") at the Technical Base. This includes a workshop building with offices and ancillary rooms, a washing hall, and a parking area with charging infrastructure for a total of 68 electric articulated buses.
Execution of performance phases 3 to 9 according to §55 HOAI:
The system group 1 includes all necessary technical facilities and building connection lines for the sewage and water systems that must be constructed, dismantled, or adapted as part of the construction project. The planning includes all underground and above-ground components in and outside the buildings.
Natural gas systems are not planned.
System group 2 includes all necessary technical facilities and infrastructures of the heating supply systems that must be constructed as part of the construction project. The planning includes all underground and above-ground components in and outside the buildings.
System group 3 includes all necessary technical facilities and infrastructures of the air and refrigeration technology systems that must be constructed as part of the construction project. The planning includes all underground and above-ground components in and outside the buildings.
System group 7 includes all necessary technical facilities and infrastructures of the media supply systems, including compressed air, that must be constructed as part of the construction project. The planning includes all underground and above-ground components in and outside the buildings.
System group 8 includes all necessary technical facilities and infrastructures for measuring, controlling, and regulating all systems that must be constructed in the aforementioned cost groups. A KNX system for controlling other systems (lighting, access control, etc.) will be developed, which will be planned by the electrical engineering.
