The subject of the contract is the task of implementing an intelligent water supply network management system for the Municipal Water Supply and Sewerage Company Ltd. in Myślenice.
The subject of the contract consists of two Tasks (parts):
Task 1 - Construction of an intelligent monitoring system and water supply network management
Task 2 - Delivery, installation, and commissioning of a remote reading system for consumption points
1.1. The scope of the contract for Task 1 includes:
1. Delivery, installation, and commissioning of 60 measurement points. A detailed description of the individual points is presented in the project "Project location of flow and pressure measurement points and water balancing zones in the water supply network of MZWiK Ltd. in Myślenice", constituting an element of the Terms of Reference (TOR).
2. Delivery, implementation, and calibration of a dynamic water supply network model with automatic calibration functionality.
3. Delivery and implementation of a zone balancing module supporting current network operation.
4. Expansion of the existing SCADA system with a historical data module and web access.
5. Integration of the hydraulic model with the billing system and the SCADA system.
6. Conducting training for system users and administrators for no less than 40 hours.
7. Preparation of Operation, Maintenance, and Service Instructions for the intelligent monitoring and network management system.
8. Preparation of as-built documentation.
9. Provision of technical and service support for a period of at least 24 months.
1.2. The scope of the contract for Task 2 includes:
1. Delivery and implementation of a remote stationary water meter reading system.
2. Integration of the delivered system with the Ordering Party's billing system.
3. Delivery and installation of 4,000 units of remote stationary water meter reading attachments.
4. Conducting training for system users and administrators for no less than 24 hours.
5. Preparation of Operation, Maintenance, and Service Instructions for the remote stationary water meter reading system.
6. Preparation of as-built documentation.
7. Provision of all subscription fees for system operation for a period of 5 years.
8. Provision of technical and service support for a period of at least 24 months.
