The subject of the public procurement includes the activities for providing a platform for intelligence and proactive real-time cyber threat detection (Threat Intelligence Solution) in the healthcare sector for the needs of the Ministry of Health in connection with the project “Enhancing the Capacity to Respond to Incidents Affecting Information and Communication Security in the Healthcare Sector,” funded under the Program for 'Scientific Research, Innovation, and Digitization for Smart Transformation,' co-financed by the European Union.
Planned activities cover:
1. Delivery of an extended data platform for the analysis of cyber threats and Dark Web incidents, combined with additional sensors and a platform for collecting and correlating indicators (IOCs), representing a comprehensive Threat Intelligence Management and proactive cyber defense solution;
2. Warranty support for the platform.

„Provision of a Real-Time Threat Intelligence Solution for Cyber Threat Detection in the Healthcare Sector for the Ministry of Health“.

Within the scope of the procurement, the following software products are included:
- Cyber Threat Analysis and Dark Web Monitoring Platform – 1 unit
- First layer sensor for analyzing cyber threats related to spam, advertising, and fake messages in email flow – 1 unit
- Second layer sensor for analyzing cyber threats related to malicious files and phishing links in email flow – 1 unit
- Data collection and correlation platform for data obtained from the email flow analysis sensors and from the cyber threat monitoring and Dark Web platform – 1 unit
